Terms of delivery

Our online store offers two delivery options for your convenience: one is delivery through a transport company to a shopping center pick-up point or to a specified address during weekdays and Saturdays within certain hours, where you will inspect the goods in the presence of the courier; the other is in-store pick-up, for which you will be notified when your order arrives. Please confirm with the store manager whether courier services are available in your city.

Our online store offers the following delivery options:

Delivery by transport companies*

You can order the delivery of goods to the pick-up point of the TC and with the help of a courier who will arrive at the specified address on weekdays and Saturdays from 9.00 to 19.00. The courier service, after the goods arrive at the warehouse, will contact you and offer to choose a convenient delivery time. He will specify the address.

You open the package in front of the courier, inspect for integrity and compliance with the specified configuration.

Pickup from the store

You can pick up the goods in one of our stores. A list of outlets that accept orders from our company will appear in your cart. When the order arrives in your city, you will receive a notification.
