Warranty Service Statement

The seller offers a warranty for equipment against manufacturing defects and malfunctions, with coverage ranging from 3 months for used devices to up to 3 years for new ones. This warranty includes troubleshooting and software error resolution but excludes compatibility issues with non-seller hardware or software. The seller is not liable for damages from improper use or external events, and warranty repairs may extend the coverage period. Non-warranty repairs require customer payment and detailed fault descriptions. Equipment sent for repair must be claimed within specified storage limits to avoid disposal.

1. The Seller guarantees the absence of manufacturing defects and malfunctions of the Equipment and is responsible for warranty obligations in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

2. The warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase of the device and is:

  • for used equipment - 3 months, with the possibility of extending the warranty;
  • For new equipment, the warranty is from 3 months to 3 years.

3. The standard equipment warranty includes a service contract that includes:

  • remote clarification of the causes of equipment failure;
  • advice on the initial setup of equipment;
  • search and elimination of errors in the software (only for private labels);
  • service center services.

4. During the warranty period, the Seller undertakes to eliminate the defects of the equipment free of charge by repairing or replacing it with a similar one, provided that the defect occurred through the fault of the Seller. The device provided for replacement can be either new or refurbished, but in any case, the Seller guarantees that its characteristics will not be worse than those of the replaced device.

5. Fulfillment by the Seller of warranty obligations for the repair of the failed equipment entails an increase in the warranty period for the period of repair of the equipment.

6. The Seller is not responsible for the compatibility of the Software with any hardware or software supplied by other manufacturers, unless otherwise specified in the attached Documentation.

7. Under no circumstances shall the Seller be liable for any damages, including loss of data, loss of profits and other incidental, consequential or consequential damages, arising from improper installation, maintenance, operation or related to the performance, failure or temporary inoperability of the Equipment.

8. The Seller shall not be liable under the warranty if the testing and/or analysis performed by the Seller shows that there is no claimed defect in the product, or it has arisen as a result of violation of the installation rules or operating conditions, as well as any actions related to attempts to get the device to perform functions not declared by the Manufacturer.

9. The warranty conditions do not provide for cleaning and preventive maintenance of the equipment by the Seller and at the expense of the Seller.

10. The Seller shall not be liable for defects and malfunctions of the Equipment resulting from:

10.1. non-compliance with the rules of transportation and storage conditions, technical requirements for placement and operation;

10.2. improper actions, misuse of the Equipment, failure to follow the operating instructions;

10.3. mechanical impacts;

10.4. force majeure circumstances (such as fire, flood, earthquake, etc.)

11. Procedure for transferring faulty equipment for repair:

A. In case of warranty repair/replacement, fill out the Service Card with a detailed description of the fault and attach it to the equipment. Delivery of equipment for warranty repair is carried out at the expense of the Customer. Return Forwarding – At the expense of Bouz.ru

B. If the case is not under warranty, you need to send a request with a detailed description of the malfunction to the e-mail address, in the subject line of the letter indicate "Equipment for non-warranty repair". After reviewing the application, a service specialist will contact you. Repair service contract template and specification. Delivery of equipment to the Bouz.ru office and back is carried out at the expense of the Customer.

D. The free storage period for repaired/replaced equipment is 14 days from the date of notification of successful repair/replacement. Storage beyond the specified period is paid by the customer in the amount of 0.5% of the sale price of the new product per day.

E. If the storage period of the finished equipment has exceeded 365 days from the date of notification, the Service Center has the right to dispose of the product as unclaimed without compensation for its cost to the customer.
